Meet Valitor, your acquiring bank
We partner with Valitor to manage your card transactions. Valitor is responsible for processing each transaction and making sure your takings are deposited into your account. You will receive monthly statements from Valitor and get access to their online reporting system, Saga.
When to expect your card takings
Takings from Domestic cards will be transferred into your bank account the next working day. Premium and International cards payments will be transferred within three to four days days. Before transferring your payments into your account, Valitor withdraws the rates charges (this is called Net Settlement).
Your first bill
Each month you will receive two Direct Debits and one merchant statement for each account you have with Paymentsense. Working with partner companies help us provide you with the most cost-efficient service.
Set up your terminal
Your Payments Consultant can help set up your terminal on-site or over the phone. Or just follow the Quick Start Guide in your terminal box. You can also integrate your terminal with more than 250 electronic point-of-sale (POS) systems. An integrated payment system will speed up your queues, avoid mis-keying errors and make cashing up easier. Contact us to get started.
Login to Saga - your online reporting dashboard
Saga is your online account where you can view your transactions, bank deposits and statements, plus set up automated reports.
Become PCI compliant
The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is the global standard for handling card data. As a business accepting card payments, you are required to confirm their business complies with their standards.
You have access to our PCI Portal to make becoming compliant easier. Please make sure you complete this process within two months of joining us to avoid fines.
Authorise employees to manage your account
We can only discuss billing and account matters with people that the account holder has authorised.
